For destinations with two centres, confirm which one accepts your residence jurisdiction before paying. The table is not a live slot checker and does not promise interchangeability between centres.
Collection and decision are different
The operator handles the submission process; the competent authority decides the visa. A centre location does not necessarily identify where the decision is made. Keep the appointment reference and later decision notice separate.
Some applicant categories may have direct-consulate arrangements. Italy’s embassy, for example, describes direct access for EU family members. Check the category instead of assuming everyone must use the standard tourist route.
Fees and appointment sellers
Read official booking charges and refund conditions. Do not confuse a service fee collected during booking with a payment to an unauthorised reseller.
Avoid anyone requesting payment to a personal account for guaranteed approval or influence. Use your own contact details for the account so that you receive changes and requests directly.
If no slot is available
Check the official procedure for genuine urgency and consider changing the trip. Do not book an unrelated category or wrong jurisdiction merely to obtain a slot.
Use processing-time guidance to allow for the decision and passport return after the appointment, not just the appointment itself.
