Poland visa from Dubai and the UAE

Short answer

UAE residents currently submit Poland C-visa applications directly at the Polish Embassy’s Consular Department in Abu Dhabi after registering through e-Konsulat. The embassy says it does not cooperate with intermediaries for accepting or processing these applications.

Poland does not use the same UAE route as every other country

Poland’s official UAE page says foreign UAE residents submit in person at the embassy’s Consular Department in Abu Dhabi. Booking uses e-Konsulat. The embassy expressly says it does not cooperate with intermediaries and that using one does not lead to preferential treatment.

UAE documents called out by Poland

The current page asks for a valid Emirates ID and UAE residence evidence extending three months beyond the intended departure from the Schengen area. It also lists recent bank statements, employment evidence, accommodation, purpose evidence, itinerary and qualifying travel medical insurance.

Fee and timing

The embassy currently publishes AED 388 for applicants over 12, AED 194 for ages 6–11 and no visa fee below age 6. It states a normal decision period of 15 calendar days, extendable to 45 in individual cases. Verify both figures on the official page before the appointment because exchange-rate pricing and procedures can change.
