Top Visa Services publishes independent information and planning tools. It is not a government website, application centre or visa decision-maker.

Who operates the website
Top Visa Services is published and operated by Sandesh Solutions FZE, D Tech 2, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE, PO Box 242962.
Information, not an application decision
The guides and tools are general preparation information. They do not replace the instructions issued for your destination, legal advice or an individual assessment. A consulate or other competent authority decides the application.
Rules, fees, appointment routes and processing information can change. Check the official source linked on the relevant page before applying, booking non-refundable travel or paying anyone.
How provider referrals work
If you ask for commercial assistance, we may offer an introduction to an independent provider and may receive a referral or marketing fee. We will identify the provider and explain the commercial relationship before sharing your contact details.
The provider sets its own service, price, terms and privacy practices. A provider cannot guarantee approval, influence a consular decision or create appointment capacity. You decide whether to proceed with it.
Tools and your information
Website calculators and checklists are planning aids. Their output depends on the information entered and must be checked against official instructions. Tool inputs stay in the browser unless a page clearly says otherwise.
Do not send passport copies, bank statements or other sensitive documents through a general website or WhatsApp enquiry.
Acceptable use and content ownership
You may use the site for personal research and link to its public pages. Do not present its content as official government material, copy substantial parts for republication, interfere with the tools or use the site unlawfully.
Responsibility and availability
We work to keep sourced information accurate and dated, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every official change will appear immediately. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for checking the official application route and deciding whether to act on general information.
