4. Secondary reporting only as a lead for further verification.

How calculations are handled

Date, cost and financial tools display their inputs and separate fixed official rules from variable operator, insurance and travel costs. A tool does not convert population statistics into an individual approval prediction.

How providers are compared

We compare verifiable identity, scope, price transparency, privacy, official-channel use and complaint handling. Paid relationships cannot purchase a ranking or remove a documented limitation. Where information cannot be verified, it is marked unknown or omitted.
