What the dates mean
A short-stay application can generally be lodged up to six months before travel. The normal Visa Code decision period is 15 calendar days and can extend to 45 days in individual cases. Appointment waiting and passport return are separate, so this planner uses the 45-day outer decision period for its cautious target.
It does not promise an appointment or decision date. Check the destination’s official UAE route before paying for non-refundable travel.

Planning for Eid, summer or December travel
Do not use a fixed “apply in this month” answer. Eid dates move, school calendars differ and appointment availability changes. Enter your actual departure date above and treat the result as a planning target.
