How to choose a Schengen visa consultant in Dubai
Compare what is verifiable—not the size of the approval promise.
- 01Check your route
- 02Prepare evidence
- 03Verify officially
Seven checks
- Identify the legal business. Ask for its exact licensed name, licence number and office details.
- Get the scope in writing. Form filling, document review, appointment monitoring and translations are different services.
- Separate every fee. Consular, application-centre, insurance, courier and provider charges should not be merged into one unexplained price.
- Read cancellation and refund terms. Especially when an appointment is unavailable.
- Ask how documents are protected. Passport and bank records should not circulate through unmonitored accounts.
- Verify the official route yourself. Use the consulate or authorised application-centre link.
- Walk away from guarantees. A private provider cannot guarantee approval or influence a consular decision.
Questions to ask
- Who will receive my files?
- What happens if no appointment becomes available?
- Which charges are refundable?
- Will I receive copies of forms and letters before submission?
- Are you using only official appointment channels?
